This Privacy Policy applies to the SafeCase application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

🏗️ 1. Data Architecture & Privacy Commitment

SafeCase is built on the philosophy of “Privacy as a Foundation.” To thoroughly protect your health data privacy, we have eliminated the possibility of data leakage at the architectural level.

🏠 A. Absolute Private Territory (Local Storage)

All your health data (medical records, symptoms, photo attachments, etc.) are stored exclusively in the local private space of your device. We do not maintain any cloud backup servers. Your data never leaves your device, achieving a true “Data Island.”

📴 B. Physical Isolation (Zero Network Transmission)

SafeCase is a purely offline application. Except for necessary payment verification or ad distribution, the App does not exchange business data with any external servers, ensuring your medical records remain “physically invisible” in cyberspace.

🔐 C. Exercise of Permissions (Principle of Minimization)

The App requests the following permissions only when necessary:

  • Camera & Photos: Used exclusively for taking or selecting photos for your records.
  • FaceID / TouchID / Storage: Used for App lock protection or local data export.
  • No-Tracking Statement: We do not collect your geographic location, perform background behavior analysis, or send marketing push notifications.

💎 2. Data Security & User Sovereignty

🛡️ A. Hardware-level Encryption

Your health data is protected by system-level encryption. We recommend enabling device lock passcodes or biometric features to ensure security at the physical level in case of device loss.

🚩 B. 100% User Autonomy

We respect your absolute control over your data. You can at any time:

  • Modify, export, or permanently and physically delete any records.
  • Perform local backups. The ownership, right of use, and right of disposal of the data belong entirely to you.

  • Basic Edition (Ad-Supported): Provides core medical recording features. To support development, the app may include limited advertisements provided by third-party vendors such as Google AdMob.

    • Absolute Physical Isolation: Upgrading completely removes all third-party ad SDKs, physically cutting off all external communication at the code level, returning the app to a 100% closed, pure offline state.
    • Professional Environment: Permanently eliminate interference, creating an extremely pure and seamless health management space for family members.
  • Secure Payment Guarantee: All transactions are processed through the official Apple/Google billing systems. We cannot access or store any of your financial information.
