This Privacy Policy applies to the SavorDaily application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

1. Information Collection and Use

To protect your privacy, the App follows the core philosophy of “Returning Data Sovereignty to Users.”

A. Absolute Private Sanctuary (Local Storage)

All content you record within the App (including text, images, mood diaries, etc.) is stored entirely and exclusively on your local device. The App has no cloud server, and your data never leaves your phone.

B. Permissions (Pure Authorization)

The App requests the following permissions only when necessary:

  • Camera and Album Permissions: Used only for taking or selecting photos when recording.
  • Storage Permissions: Used only for local backup and recovery of data.
  • No Collection: We do not collect any user information (such as name, location, device ID, etc.) and perform no background tracking.

C. Data Sovereignty (Complete Control)

Your data is entirely in your hands:

  • Modify or permanently delete any records at any time.
  • Perform local offline backups to ensure data remains under your control.

2. Data Security

  • Local Sandbox: We utilize the system’s local sandbox mechanism to build a solid firewall for your digital privacy.
  • User Responsibility: Since data is stored entirely locally, please ensure you properly back up important information. We cannot recover data lost due to device loss, damage, or app uninstallation.

3. Third-Party Analysis and Tracking (Complete Transparency)

To ensure the ultimate privacy experience:

  • Zero Tracking: The App does not contain any third-party behavioral analysis tools or user data statistics plugins (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Zero Monitoring: We do not monitor your app usage habits.

4. Business Model and In-App Purchase (IAP)

The App adopts a “Free Core Experience + Paid Premium Themes” business model:

  • Essential Theme (Free to Use): As the core experience of the App, the “Essential Theme” is open to all users for free. This theme has undergone deep custom development, returning to the essence of recording while demonstrating a high level of UI completion in visual dynamics and interaction details. We believe that basic experiences should also possess exceptional quality.

  • Unlock Premium Themes (One-time Purchase): You can unlock the “Panorama Series” and other advanced artistic themes through official channels.

    • Artistic Diversity: Unlock the full set of dynamic watercolor themes (Ocean, Forest, Starry Sky, Sunset, etc.).
    • Persistent Ownership: All purchased themes are permanently unlocked. You can find your purchased items at any time via the “Restore Purchase” function in Settings.

5. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through official Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. We do not collect or access your payment card information or transaction passwords.
